I’m Julianne Holmquist. I am a playwright, comedian, and actress with too many hobbies living in Long Beach, CA.

  • Advancement Coordinator

    July 2023—Present

    • Researches, writes and submits grants, and manages donor communications/relationships

      • Secured a $232,000 State Grant in March 2025

    • Produces the Annual Impact Report

    • Collects biographical data and serves as the manager of the Advancement Office database 

    • Coordinates administrative aspects of Giving Tuesday, Golf Tournament, and Alumni Weekend

    • Manages programming for students with donor-funded scholarships

    • Records gifts; prepares and mails acknowledgment letters; prepares donor packets and prospect letters

    Advancement Associate           September 2021—June 2023

    • Works collegially as a member of advancement team and manages alumni/donor database

    • Serves as the liaison to Advisory Board and hosts distinguished guests on campus

    • Creates marketing materials and shares weekly updates with school community

    • Researches grant opportunities, assists in composing grants, creates follow-up reports for foundations

    • Oversees special events such as Alumni Weekend, Career Day, Giving Tuesday, & Golf Tournament
