Through sewing, I bring my dreams to life. I often try find ways to make my favorite designer items affordable and personalized. I like to work dangerously with my sewing and tackle the things that I don’t think are possible. Some of my proudest accomplishments are costuming an entire children’s production of Aladdin with a $0 budget and making my very own Strawberry Dress.
I made this as a souvenir for Allie when I was studying abroad in Granada, Spain. Allie is the most well-traveled of any of my family members and she is always so thoughtful when she brings home gifts for us. Because of this, I wanted to give her something that would be fashionable and practical so that she would use it while still giving her something very special….
